At work I used to use liberal amounts of lemon pepper, garlic salt, and onion powder. And it was always my most popular menu item.

Spade L Ranch seasoning for Beef. Once you use this stuff you will use no other. It contains a hickory smoked salt which adds depth of flavor. You can order a free sample. This is good on any cut of beef including hamburgers. I made some spaghetti the other night and used it to season the ground beef.

Winnie is righrt- the Montreal STEAK seasoning is the best seasoning I have ever used. I use it when I grill steaks and I also use it on my beef pot roast. It is amazing.

I am cooking one right now and I just used fresh black pepper, salt and a little garlic because I really want to taste just the meat itself. Otherwise I love Montreal seasoning on beef.

This is what I use on my prime rib and it turns out FANTASTIC! I buy McCormick brand of,"Montreal Steak Seasoning,"and I am telling you, this is THE BEST STUFF THAT I HAVE EVER USED,NOT KIDDING!
I have tried MANY different types of rubs, seasoning, marinades, etc and Montreal Steak seasoning just has that kick to it that makes your mouth say,"WOW!"
You can find it in your spice section of the grocery store and I hope that you will try it,because you won't be disappointed, trust me! Just grab some Montreal Steak seasoning and be sure to rub it really good into your prime rib,and you will be good to go! Happy New Year! ;-)
