if life is like hell, and you cant bear it, most of the solution for this would be suicide, a permanent solution to a temporary problem. But what if the problem is permanent? ie cancer patient waiting to die without hope of recovering. And decides to commit suicide, would he go to hell? where exactly does bible mention that?

what about a teenager who seem to be so stressed, and hurt (his problems maybe not be permanent but seems as if it is) decides to commit suicide, would that be the same case?

life maybe like a torcher to some, when they cannot find god nor hope, maybe god made some of us to sacrifce ourselves for the beneficial to society, ie this boy was bullied and commited suicide leaving all the other boys who bullied him feel guilty and swear never to do that again.

make sense? i think suicide is up to us, god made us, yet, wouldnt he want us not to suffer in life?

any thoughts will be appreciated

Honestly, the bible is actually quite silent about suicide, but please DO NOT believe that Suicide is an unforgivable sin, in this case it is not the action but the reason for comitting suicide that dictates whether it hangs on the balance of a seen or a just deed.
I, as a Christian, believe that our loving God will outweigh the fact of suicide depending on its reason for doign so as well as the state of mind that we were in prior to the actual action
A cancer patient waiting to die?
Yes, sadly damnation awaits them. Espeically If the reason for their suicide is the mindset of "Im going to die anyway". The reason being, is that this thought is of depressive roots and therefore not in one with Christ/God. Giving into depression is giving into what Satan is doing in your life, and thusly killing yourself(ending it short).Suh actions are only giving into Satans will and strayign away from the Joy that comes with Christ.
In the say, two weeks a Cancer patient has to live, s/he he can touch , intervene, and help many other lives through various acts such as speaking publicly or privately or just showing the awesome bravery we see in many cancer patients today while giving testimony of God's part in all of it., Cutting his/her life short, is the same as turning your back on God and what he has offered. Fight the good fight.
A Teenager who is being bullied? This is a bit different, more specifics I believe are needed in such a case. Did the teenager commit suicide because he wanted purely to teach these bullies a lesson? And even so, was it with God in mind?
Or was it, once again, due to his depression from the mental and/or physical pain caused. A depressed person in this case isnt thinking of others, rather he's thinking of his own self satisfaction in which the means to aquiring it being revenge.
Ive gone through similar thoughts, maybe not as radical as suicide, but these thoughts are only to make the bullies suffer, in such a case Trauma could ensue within the bullies lives possibly forever ruining their chances of a shot at Heaven in many different ways.
On the other hand, if this kid endured with bravery and courage, he could teach them a different kind of lesson, perserverence.
Also another random poitn to ponder on, if the teenager or the cancer patient committed suicide, how many loved ones would they hurt?

Suicide is a tough topic for Christians, but as I said think on itm pray about it, and the answer will be clear.
The sin is not in committing the acutal suicide, its why the decided to do it.

Christian thoughts on suicide come from the remark of Christ at the last supper. As I recall, He was referring to Judas when He said, it would have been better if he had not been born. Judas later hung himself.

I do not think that we have the right to condemn any person. That is done by an all just and all mercyfull God. There may be mitigating circumstances to reduce it to a less serious sin. I personally had a friend whose son was in a terrible auto accident. He was in a coma for six months. When he came out of it he was a different man. He did not recognize his wife or children for along time. He became very violent.
He was afraid that he would kill them. He took hiwown life.

There were times in my life when I considered it as a possible solution. I do not recommend it. I was an atheist during this period. Pray and read the bible, especially the part about the passion and death. Christ showed us how to accept suffering, how to endure it.

I agree that the idea of control over ones death is very powerful.
A teen with emotional upset should give it some time and get help.
A teen is too young to know what is best.
I know you all believe you know everything already but it just isn't true.

Suicide is for the weak - it's an easy way out. They'll be going nowhere, heaven and hell are man-made ideas.
