Well, considering we weren't alive at the beginning of the universe. And it's kinda a hard to get an exact date. And should we start "time" At the big bang, or the beginning of earth, or the beginning of life, or the begining of human life? Besides, could you just see the date section of any form? Why 66 million?

I have always thought that we should remake the calendar and add at least an additional 10’000 years to it. That way we could express all of ‘recorded’ history without having to resort to negative years. Doing away with the current calendar year based on the birth of a Western Deity would be fairer; I see no reason to impose it on the world. A compromise is in current usage, most atheist and the scientists us the term CE (Common Era) and BCE (Before Common Era) instead of AD and BC. However since I have seen quite a backlash from some Christian circles over this minor change, I am sure that changing the calendar year would result in more discontent.

It's the same reason why atheists don't throw away money that says "In God We Trust" - atheists have to survive through using conventions.

Well, I count my time Babylonian, have Thor's day once a week. and go on holiday on a month celebrating
either the divine Julius or Augustus.

As do you, probably.

That is all Christianity crap. It's all about when jesus died on the cross. And the b.c. and a.d stuff. It's not the atheist fault.
