Don't listen to what most people say. You are a teenager, which is correct, but if you still feel like a kid, then do kid things. You do still have more responsibilities, however, and you will be expected to abide by those responsibilities, but you can still be and act like a kid. I still do, and I'm 16. I play Video Games, and hang out with friends and do stupid things. When you turn about 15 or 16, things start to change. You have to think about college, and you have to think of driving and work and things such as that. But if you're not ready for that stuff, then just wait until you are. There is no rush for anything.

I don't think there is an actual point in time when you grow up. Everyone has some childishness in them no matter what their age.

Yes, but always keep a small bit inside so that life doesn"t harden your heart ! Try to never lose the joy that inspires and awes you !

No don't ever grow up too fast! If you're not ready to start doing "grown up" things then don't because some grown up things could interfere with your future and that's not always a good thing! Do whatever makes you happy, not what makes everyone else happy!

No,people grow up when they are ready. There is no time frame,of course there are times to act more mature than others, i dont know what sort of kid things you are talking about but im sure you know whats right and whats wrong. My advice to you....
Never ever rush to grow up, time is precious and you never get it back. Enjoy being thirteen, dont pretend to be something your not. Live your life for you, and for no one else. Please people to a certain extent, never place them or their wants and needs above yours.
Have fun, enjoy life!!
TOMORROW IS PROMISED TO NO ONE!!!!

Well maybe you are being too childish. Just act a little more grown up. You can still have a personality as an adolescent but maturaty-wise act more responsible and respectful. But overall it is your choice.

The point in time that you stop being a kid is when you watch as your husband give your daughter away at her wedding. Your childhood is rekindled when you become a grandmother.
