It is a tad to thick add a touch of oil/water and try again it should be very pliable not tough if it is too tough like you overworked the dough you may have to start over.
Good Luck you can also try a different sized cutter maybe the one your using is to small for the dough consistency.

The dough needs to cling to the sheet. Try placing the press on the sheet, squeezing, with one hand and hold the sheet down with the other --squeeze, release and pull up press. Sometimes it takes 4 or 5 cookies to get it to really work right. They can be frustrating!

Chill the dough AND the pan. The pan will get cold in about 5 min. in the freezer.

Add a bit more oil and use it to lube the press first before pressing cookies.

add some more flour. It's too sticky. Also flour the cookie press a little bit.
