Wearing a bra while sleeping doesn't cause breast cancer but it is a risk factor. The reason is that it resticts the flow of lymphs Studies have shown an increase in the number of case of breast cancer in ratio of how long a woman wears a bra per day. While they might have other risk factors(and who doesn't)Why take the chance. Enjoy the freedom!

cancer is caused by free radicals (submicroscopic negatively charged ions) and carcinogens. A buildup of these can lead to mutations in the DNA and RNA of certain cells, causing the cells to replicate at a faster rate which in turn causes a growth (tumor). There is no way that sleeping in a bra can cause this. But just to be sure, you should probably sleep nude or at least topless. haha
