Declared "not guilty" by God. We were justified by Christ's resurrection. There is nothing we can do to be justified in the eyes of God, it is all His work.

Justification is the act of being saved through the belief that Jesus Christ died for the complete and total atonement of one's sins.

As a follow-up question, you should ask what Sanctification is.
