After going through some of the other questions centered around vampires i was unable find any that refered to or connected with the idea of "spiritual vampires" .
Those who feed off of the life forces , energies of other humans around them.
Here key word is feed off of, I have come in contact with some lately that if they can not feed off of the emotions, feelings, and life sources of others, They seem to create what they need in others and then move in.
Fear, hate, love, laughter,
Obviously seperate catagories.
What I am looking for is INPUT from you guys as to whether there are vampires who live off of other humans around them . To what degree.
I know that we live in a world where" it is eat or be eaten. Some do not believe that.

In the "spiritual" sense, "vampire" is the wrong word. It's more of a "demonic spirit".
Satan can use different demonic spirits to influence a person, and if they do not have Jesus Christ LORD of their lives, then they can be overcome and possessed by them.
It can be a continual battle for both the non-believer and Christian alike. However, the Christian has the power and authority to overcome these "negative" spirits or influences and not be overcome.

First of all i believe anything is possible. people say that there is no such thing, but who are we to say that it is not possible? who are we to judge? after all, look at the miracles that Jesus himself had done. most people would say that those things were impossible. in fact people casted stones and denied him because of the impossible. but they did happen. look at his apostles, with the gift's of healing, tounge, etc. people believe and dont.
So who are we to say if there is or isn't.? For those of us who believe in religion, do we judge? no, look at what we believe, and what other people don't. so pretty much, to each their own.
I cant say that there is or isn't.
but that it is possible.

I don't believe in vampires but i love watching vampire films, it's fun. lol
Anyway the only true vampires are those people who takes advantage of other people.

No human being is that powerful enough to suck the energy from another human being. That is dilusional thinking. There is no such thing as a psychic vampire.

The things you describe are merely the powers of the imagination being warped by the individual because the individual has no concept of what the imagination truly is.
Your imagination gives you the energy to acheive, it gives you what it is you need.
Failure to acknowledge this is... what's the word i'm looking for?
Ah yes, DELUSIONAL.
Because the person does not acknowledge the power that the imgaination can give us, they do not acknowledge that the imagination is essentially uncontrollable - although you can perhaps 'guide' it, and therefore believe whatever they imagine that sounds reasonable.
There is a difference between imagining something that you think is reasonable and imagining something that is truly, perfectly logical.
Of course; for some people, not being able to control something means that it has no right to exist.
And now for something completely different;
The idea of a 'psychic vampire' probably comes from the stories of Wraiths, and their ability to drain the life-force (or 'spiritual essence' which is closely linked to a person's emotional state) of others.

My sister drains people of their energy. She will touch them and then they need a nap. She gets no energy from sleeping. She has to drain it from others.
So she claims. Anyways, no I don't put much stock into this kind of stuff.

Those in a sociological sense that leeches of others.
A kind of bat.
A psychological disorder
and those that only come out at halloween.

I've heard them referred to as psychic vampires.
Yes, they exist. However, they're quite human - they're neither non-human nor some type of mystical creature. Nor can their life be sustained by making others miserable or by siphoning off energy.
It's quite prosaic really - they're assholes. They get some form of pleasure out of making others react to them, or perhaps it's subconscious behavior.
But they're just people, no matter how unpleasant.
