The people that said Long Island Iced Tea are right. You get the most bang for your buck and most likely will not want more than 2.

Long Isalnds are strong, but no bar i've ever been to sells them cheap, so that doesn't fit your criteria.
Beer is the cheapest- just power them down and you'll get drunk just as quick.

i'm turning 21 on friday i'm planning on getting a long island ice tea or two, my mother said this was her favorite drink(recovering alcoholic she doesnt drink) and she wants me to have one on my 21st for her since she doesnt drink.
i hear its strong....

you could always do what we used to do. bring little cordial bottles that cost like a dollar at the liquor store....keep them in your coat pocket or your bag - then order soda or juice at the bar, go to the restroom and put in your own liquor! is it right? not really...but neither is charging $5 for a drink with mostly ice and one shot of booze!
