I'm sorry for your loss, I cannot explain the phenomena you describe but I hope your beliefs bring you comfort in your grief. Your Mothers legacy, apart from her child/ren is to live in the memory of all those who loved her. I wish you peace.

My Sincere Condolences, My Mother is no longer with us, But when my Brother died, it was early morning, my dear Mother was in the dining room, when I got up, I said, "What ever are you doing here, this time of day" She said, your Brother has died in Australia, But, I didn't hear the phone ring? I said, it hasn't, She said, but he has gone, the family let us know, later that day, at the time my brother died, my Mother had woken, I think you experienced something special.

When one dies, sometimes her spirit is allowed to stay around. She will definitely be around when she is buried. My Great Grandmother not only stayed around, but came back to quiet a baby she had left behind, then she left.

Why would you be here if your mother died last night?

I personally and respectfully think that you dont need to explain this. You lived it and you should treasure this thing that happened. People hee will just confuse you with the many answers youll get.
Im sorry about your mom.

was there a thermometer in the room?
did you actually see the temperature rise or just "feel" it? In a charged emotional state people experience all kinds of things
peace - wow... amazing... someone dies and everyone is quiet for a moment... I can hardly believe it (hope you can spot sarcasm)
My condolences for the loss of your mother, my commiserations for the loss of your rationality
PS If you believe in heaven and believe she's gone there, why aren't you celebrating?
