Well they never last longer than 12 hours so here goes

1) lose weight
2) Stop smoking
3) Be nice to everyone!

As i said it will only last 12 hours & if my neighbours 3 doors down don't sort out their house alarm before I go to bed I could end up on a criminal charge!
