i found out that my friends cousin liked me and we hang out all the time so its alittle weird
But the other day we were all hanging out and my friend went to the bathroom and her cousin FULL FLEG LIP POCKED ME! i kinda like him to but my friend think it'd be weird if we went out. BUT the kiss was AMAZING! what should I do

Why it should be awkward ? I think both of your moms will be happy, that you'll be dating. Maybe it's his and yours first kiss, so this might be a bit awkward, but everything will be fine, trust me. Just let him know, that you like him more than friends and start dating. Simple as that :)

if you like it and you have feelings for this person it should be fine and who knows it could bring you all together it will be a little weird at first but it should be ok after a while

Does your friend know or have any idea that you are the cousin may have feelings?
I would test the waters with your friend - and say gee the cousin was looking fine the other night and she the reaction. That will let you know if you should continue with anything with the cousin.
