Petsitting.
My kids have made great $$$$ and most of the jobs come during vacations when they are not in school. Just make a flier and spread it around you only need a couple responses and, if you are good, people will recommend you. It usually just entails stopping by someone's house once a day.

Chores around the house.(E.-Cleaning Dishes,Setting up dinner table).You have to be at least 16 to have a Job Here In NYC.

you could possibly babysit
in the winter you can clear driveways
in the summer you can mow lawns
maybe you could be a pet sitter
your not old enough to work anywhere like McDonald's, or fast food restaurant. I am not sure but maybe you could work at a grocery store. See what you like

you could charge people to put music on computer, mp3s or photos I just did this myself and would have liked to have someone I could pay to do it. I am old so It was hard for me to figure out

I did daycare and babysitting at thirteen(typical, I know). If you can get CPR/First Aid certified, that may should parents in your neighborhood that you are responsible.
Oh yeah, and focus on your studies. :)
