Have anyone tried all purpose face cream by jergens?

have anyone tried "All purpose face cream" by jergens? its a mosturizer that you apply before makeup. but i dont understand the direction it says after putting the mosturizer on wipe it off with a tissue or leave overnight. so how's that gonna make foundation go on smoothly? if you're tried it did it work?

Nope. I mean I didn't. I'm sure SOMEONE has or they wouldn't make it.
