Yes.

Deuteronomy 21:20
They shall say to the elders, "This son of ours is stubborn and rebellious. He will not obey us. He is a profligate and a drunkard."

1 Samuel 1:14
and said to her, "How long will you keep on getting drunk? Get rid of your wine."

Ephesians 5
1Be imitators of God, therefore, as dearly loved children 2and live a life of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.

3But among you there must not be even a hint of sexual immorality, or of any kind of impurity, or of greed, because these are improper for God's holy people. 4Nor should there be obscenity, foolish talk or coarse joking, which are out of place, but rather thanksgiving. 5For of this you can be sure: No immoral, impure or greedy person—such a man is an idolater—has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God.[a] 6Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of such things God's wrath comes on those who are disobedient. 7Therefore do not be partners with them.

8For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of light 9(for the fruit of the light consists in all goodness, righteousness and truth) 10and find out what pleases the Lord. 11Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them. 12For it is shameful even to mention what the disobedient do in secret. 13But everything exposed by the light becomes visible, 14for it is light that makes everything visible. This is why it is said:
"Wake up, O sleeper,
rise from the dead,
and Christ will shine on you."

15Be very careful, then, how you live—not as unwise but as wise, 16making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil. 17Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the Lord's will is. 18Do not get drunk on wine, which leads to debauchery. Instead, be filled with the Spirit. 19Speak to one another with psalms, hymns and spiritual songs. Sing and make music in your heart to the Lord, 20always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

21Submit to one another out of reverence for Christ.

Drinking alcoholic beverages is not a sin. Jesus, after all turned water into wine at a wedding celebration. Drunkeness is a sin and something we should not practice.

no.. it says the lord hates a drunkard.. an alcoholic basically.. your common sense can figure this out.. if they dont bother you, probly not god either then.. if their obnoxious to you, probly him to.. wine in the bible was usually just grape juice.. old wine (fermented grape juice) is usually what was actual wine.. when he turned water to wine, it was probly grape juice but, they all drank old wine too.. just not lushes, like catholics..

If you are a christian then allowing anything to control you other than the Holy Spirit of God is a sin.

If you are not a christian then you have much bigger problems than alcoholism.

In most religions not. In some religions yes, but not like stealing, adultery, and all the rest. I think having a drink isn't really bad, although I would not do it. But, being drunk would be looked down on by our savior.

Choosing to do that which the Almighty disapproves of is a sin. Alcohol was given to mankind for medicine. Using a medicine recreationally would seem to be a sin.
