i have a couple of 10 yr old bottles of dom .... perhaps chambour / whats the mix ratio ??

I wouldn't even dream about mixing Dom Perignon with anything else.

A lesser champagne perhaps I would have cognac. I've had that and very nice too. In a champagne flute 1 oz cognac & top with chilled champagne, (even a sparkling wine).

Nice! But why would you want to dilute the Dom? Just enjoy it. Or try a tsp at first, if you like it then add more. You'll find the perfect balance. (Of course, this will be a lot of trial tastings...hee! Happy New Year!)
