It's not Latin - although 'sunt', 'verbum', and 'et' are good Latin words. With those, it almost has to be one of the Romance languages, but I don't know which - it's not one of the major ones. The only major one that uses 'sunt' is Romanian, and that's not Romanian. However, I believe I can give you the translation. It's from the Bible - John 1:1
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
