No, I didn't gain any weight, most of that christmas food is so fattenning with shrimp and pork, I stay away from those foods, they are not kosher.

We all gain a few pounds over the holidays . Its ok, u can lose it the rest of the year. Just Enjoy !

OMG yeah! I feel awful, but you may as well enjoy it because it is the holidays, you have an excuse, start eating more healthy when the holidays are over.

oooh yes i did. i feel so bloated and gross haha. plus from all the gift cards to go to restraunts have made me gain weight. italian food is so delicious yet so bad hahah but i loved every minute of it

I doubt I've gained even 1 calorie that stuck, I ride my mountain bike everyday, so calorie burn is a gaurenteed thing!
