Jehovah's Witnesses do not pretend to be certain exactly what happened to Jesus' human body. The bible does teach that Jesus was literally resurrected, and did literally materialize as a human for several weeks after his resurrection. Of course, Jehovah's Witnesses also believe the bible to quite plainly teach that Jesus was resurrected to heavenly life.
(1 Peter 3:18, NWT) Christ died once for all time... he being put to death in the flesh, but being made alive in the spirit.
(1 Peter 3:18, KJV) Christ also hath once suffered... being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit
(1 Timothy 3:16, NWT) He was made manifest in flesh, was declared righteous in spirit, appeared to angels, was preached about among nations, was believed upon in the world, was received up in glory.
(1 Timothy 3:16, KJV) [He] was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.
The bible quite plainly teaches that flesh and blood bodies cannot attain heaven.
(1 Corinthians 15:44-50, NWT) It is sown a physical body, it is raised up a spiritual body... flesh and blood cannot inherit God’s kingdom.
(1 Corinthians 15:44-50, KJV) It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. ...flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God
(2 Corinthians 5:1-8, NWT) In fact, we who are in this tent [that is, in earthly bodies] groan, being weighed down; because we want, not to put it off, but to put on the other, that what is mortal may be swallowed up by life. ...while we have our home in the body, we are absent from the Lord... But we are of good courage and are well pleased rather to become absent from the body and to make our home with the Lord.
(2 Corinthians 5:1-8, KJV) For we that are in this tabernacle [that is, in earthly bodies] do groan, being burdened: not for that we would be unclothed, but clothed upon, that mortality might be swallowed up of life. ...whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord... We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.
Many Scriptures indicate that spirit creatures could materialize as humans during bible times, so it is unsurprising that Jesus did so for several weeks after his resurrection. Materializing would allow Jesus to provide needed strengthening and upbuilding to the apostles and disciples, but those goals would not require Jesus to re-animate the fleshly body which had been impaled and which had died. Regarding the fact that Jesus materialized in a new human body, it is noteworthy that many or most of those who had walked alongside Jesus for years even did not recognize Jesus until he began to speak in his familiar manner. The fact that his materialized body reproduced the wounds of Jesus' impalement would allow many of those disciples to serve as powerful eyewitnesses to skeptical non-Christians largely unfamiliar with the idea of a heavenly resurrection.
(John 20:14-16, NWT) [Mary Magdalene] turned back and viewed Jesus standing, but she did not discern it was Jesus. ...She, imagining it was the gardener, said to him: “Sir, if you have carried him off, tell me where you have laid him, and I will take him away.”
(John 20:14-16, KJV) [Mary Magdalene] turned herself back, and saw Jesus standing, and knew not that it was Jesus. ...She, supposing him to be the gardener, saith unto him, Sir, if thou have borne him hence, tell me where thou hast laid him, and I will take him away.
(John 21:4-7, NWT) Jesus stood on the beach, but the disciples did not, of course, discern that it was Jesus. Then Jesus said to them: “Young children, you do not have anything to eat, do you?” ...He said to them: “Cast the net on the right side of the boat and you will find [some].” ...[John] said to Peter: “It is the Lord!” Hence Simon Peter, upon hearing that it was the Lord...
(John 21:4-7, KJV) Jesus stood on the shore: but the disciples knew not that it was Jesus. Then Jesus saith unto them, Children, have ye any meat? ...And he said unto them, Cast the net on the right side of the ship, and ye shall find. ...[John] saith unto Peter, It is the Lord. Now when Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord...
(Luke 24:30-32, NWT) And as he was reclining with them at the meal he took the loaf, blessed it, broke it and began to hand it to them. At that their eyes were fully opened and they recognized him
(Luke 24:30-32, KJV) as he sat at meat with them, he took bread, and blessed it, and brake, and gave to them. And their eyes were opened, and they knew him

Jesus memorial tomb was unique where it had a rolling rock to cover the entrance instead of a block which most tombs had.
Matt 27:60 "He placed it in his own new tomb, which had been carved out of the rock. Then he ROLLED a great stone across the entrance as he left."
If Jesus came back to life in the tomb then simply physics would suggest Jesus would have to push the rock outwards to exit the tomb.
It would then fall flat on to the ground and lay in front of the tomb until Mary showed up.
Instead the bible account says Mary found the rolling rock push to the side of the tomb as someone from the outside moved it.
Mark 16:3,4 "And they said among themselves, "Who will roll away the stone from the door of the tomb for us? But when they looked up, they saw that the stone, which was very large, had been rolled away."
Who moved the stone and who was found in the tomb where Jesus body was once at?
Mat 28:2 "And, behold, there was a great earthquake: for the angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled back the stone from the door, and sat upon it."
Did Jesus wait in the tomb until the Angels moved the rolling rock?
Jesus was no longer human. He kept changing forms. So his old body, that is, his human body was discarded.
Mar 16:12 "After that he appeared in another form unto two of them, as they walked, and went into the country."
The bible does not give detail of what happen to the body but since Angels were at the entrance of the tomb and inside the tomb then it is logical to conclude that they had something to do with Jesus body so that it would not fall into corruption. -Act 2:31

I haven't seen the argument about God creating the universe from nothing and therefore having the ability to reverse that process with Jesus. Not that I agree with them on this, just thought I'd help them out a little bit.

Jesus' body disentigrated...I'm sorry but that's pure heresy.
How can a body disentigrate after three days? Jesus rose on the third day. His flesh may have only started to turn blue and stink but that's about it. I'm sure satan wishes that He disentigrated. Didn't Jesus say that He could lay His life down and raise it up again? I know there is a verse that says this.
No one takes it from me, but I lay it down of my own accord. I have authority to lay it down and authority to take it up again. Jn. 10:18

What happened to the perfect fleshly body of Jesus after his death? Was it preserved so that in time men will look upon it in worship? or does Jesus still have this fleshly body in the heavens, “spiritualized” so that it can be seen and worshiped? Neither. The Scriptures answer: It was disposed of by Jehovah God, dissolved into its constituent elements or atoms.
Jesus was the antitype foreshadowed by Moses, the great mediator and leader of the congregation of Israel. God himself disposed of Moses’ body by burial, and “no man knoweth of his sepulchre”. (Deut. 34:5, 6) Later, one of the Christian writers says that Michael had a dispute with the Devil over the body of Moses. (Jude 9) The Devil desired to get the body of Moses the great leader and to use it as an object of worship to draw the Israelites away from their true invisible Commander and Leader, Jehovah God. With stronger desire the Devil wanted to obtain the fleshly body of Jesus after his death to induce some to worship it and use it for indecent false religious purposes, thus reproaching Jehovah God. But Jehovah thwarted the Devil’s purpose in both cases by disposing of the bodies of these two faithful men.
Moses’ body returned to the dust by process of decay, as all human bodies do, but not so in Jesus’ case, for it is written: “For thou wilt not leave my soul to Sheol; neither wilt thou suffer thy holy one to see corruption.” (Ps. 16:10, AS; Acts 2:31) So God caused Jesus’ body to disappear, but not corrupt, meaning that it was dissolved, disintegrated back into the elements from which all human bodies are made.—John 20:1-13.

Jehovah's Witnesses, is there scriptural proof that Jesus' body disintegrated?
They will have scriptural "proof" because they re wrote the bible in their bias and say that all other translations are bad.
1.) Did his body vanish, disappear, disintegrate, dissolve, and dematerialize?
Jehovahs witnesses say he disintegrated.
protestants say he was resurrected.
2.) Did Jesus say he was going to raise his spirit or his body?
He said, "tear down this temple and in three days I will rebuild it."
I think that means his physical body.
3.) Why/How did his body vanish and how did it happen in 3 days?
it was to fulfill prophecy, the power of God resurrected it.
As I said above, they have re-written the bible to fit their own agendas. I will not read it.
this is what I have gathered off my own study about jehovah witnesses. If I am wrong, instead of reporting my answer, email me and discuss it with me like a grown up. ok?
Also as I said before, the have their own translation of the bible with their bias.

The same thing happened to Jesus' body as what happened to Moses' body. God disposed of it. Remember when the disciples arrived at the tomb and there were angels there who told them that he had been resurected?
God can do anything. If he can resurect Jesus (or anyone) then of course he could make a body disappear.
When Jesus was resurected, he was raised as a spirit. His body was gone. We know he was a spirit because otherwise how did he get into a locked room? (John 20:19) spirits can materialize in human form and there are many examples of angels doing this in the Bible (Gen 19:15, 16; Matt 28:2, 3; Acts 5:19, 20) Also Jesus was raised into heaven before the disciples eyes (Luke 24:51) The Bible says that a fleshly body cannot enter into heaven, only spirits can (1 Cor 15:50) So after his resurection Jesus was raised as a spirit and his human body was disposed of by God.

I'm going to be sitting up against the wall near. Blessed is right...should be interesting to see the tap dancing.
Tap...tap...tap..
remember...any answer has to explain how Thomas was able to put his fingers Jesus' side - (this eliminates the ghost explanation.)
Equally....lets not forget the times Jesus sat with Peter and ate fish.
Oh yeah....no posting "http//watchtower-tap-dance-lesson#34

The answer is just, "No".
Scriptural proof? Scripture does not constitute as proof, otherwise we'd all be unified under one religion. "Proof" of that nature invalidates one another and itself.

God disposed of the body of Jesus. He had no further need for it. He did it just like he disposed of the body of Moses.
