He has two little Girls that the Mother will not let me see them,
it's like they took three people out of my life at one time,
Come to fine out that i can not even get grandparter rights to see them. can someone tell me how to see my grandkids. by my Son i loss. from KY,

Yes he was out of Ft Campbell, the wife he had is a bad peson she don'e belive in GOD, and I have try to talk to her but she just hankup on me. so I have try everything to get to see my grandkids but it hurt so bad when she won't even talk to me.

Why can't you get grandparent rights? Why doesn't she want you to see them? I think you could get visitation rights like a weekend out of the month if you take her to court but it will cost you. It's worth it though, you are their grandma, I am sure they miss you.

I'm very sorry to hear of your loss. Unfortunaly there is no laws protecting grandparents rights when it comes to these matters. I had a simular incident with my son inlaw. If you can not work out some kind of relationship with their mother all you can do is keep a diary for when they come looking for you when their older and want to know who you are. My heart goes out to you I know what your going thru, I got lucky we put our differences aside for the kids sake, it was worth it. Good luck grama.

I am very sorry for your loss. I am a grandparent and I know how important they are to you. Contact an attorney to see what your rights are? Prayer is another way to help yourself. Call into some prayerline Ministries: Joel Osteen; T.D. Jakes, or Marilyn Hickey they really will pray and you will feel better...

Yeah, it's equally tragic for the two grand kids too.
Don't give up easily.
Maybe talk to a lawyer & get some legal advice.
