Put the eggs in a pan of water and bring to a boil. Once the water boils, remove from heat, cover and let set for 10-12 minutes. You will have perfectly cooked eggs.

Enjoy!

this works for.. and amount doesnt seem to matter either..
put in your pot with enough room for the eggs.. and enough water to cover them.salt your water.. the salt will help you peel them better instead f struggling with that .. . bring to a hard boil.. let boil for 10 mins.. then shut off your heat.. then let them sit in water for another 10-12 mins.. then peel

Proud to be 51 has EXACTLY the right answer. This is the best way I have found to boil eggs, as well, so they do not over cook turning the yolk green, nor do they crack. Follow her directions. Make sure to use a large enough pot to fit all the eggs comfortably, so they don't sit on top of each other. And to peel, tap gently until you get a nice crack, then run under cold water while you peel.

Makes perfect boiled eggs every time!!

You put in the eggs and they will sink to the bottom...you know when they're done when the float up to the top

Depends how fresh they are. The quantity of eggs makes no difference. If they are straight from the chicken it can take as long as half an hour, but store eggs should be hard in 10-15 minutes, assuming the water is already boiling when you add the eggs.

place the eggs in the water do not begin timing until the water is boiling...after the water is boiling start your clock after 10-13 mins of the water is boiling you eggs should be cooked enough.turn off your burner then let the eggs cool in the water (this may take awhile)

Put them in cool water, (then they wont crack from expanding in the boiling water so fast)

bring to a boil for about 5 min, turn off, let sit for about 10 min.

then crack by rolling on hard counter and run under cool water to take off shell all in one piece. . .!! :^) Good luck
