i think that any age is okay to have a child, as long as the parent/s are able to successfully raise the child. I think that 27-39 is about a good age to have children, if you are ready for a family.

well i think it depends on the person. if they are very responsible then maybe just maybe 18 but looks can be deceiving one of my friends sisters got pregnant at 16 and she was always a straight 'A' student, she was in extra-curricular activities, their parents were divorced and you would never even know that by her personality and the way she behaves. she barely got into trouble and i think the worst thing was participating in a a food fight she got detention.
im 14 and in Child Development. this weekend i have to take care of a baby (fake of course) to show what its like to have one. its hard! very hard!
even if u have a real one between ages 15 & 23, how are u going to support the baby, where are you going to live, how are u going to feed it, what happens if the baby is sick (with something worse than a cold), what are you going to do? can you afford the medical care? day care? cuz im pretty sure your parents arent gonna be happy. my friends sister "Amy" is having a really hard time and her parents dont want to help her they thought they knew her and raised her better.
having a baby? i think the real question is having sex? its not just one night, then he loves you. having sex is very big responsibilty, let alone having a baby. its a little person and its a lifetime commitment. you cant just have a baby cuz u THINK you r ready. teenage girls tend to think (and yes even me sometimes) that they--i mean we--know everything but we dont. ik it may be hard to relize but when it comes to sex and babies...our parents are right.
and theyre right about boys too. until they get about 21 yrs old, and for some even later, all they see in girls is sex. they want a piece and they are willing to do anything to get it. and maybe there are a few--only a few-- guys younger than 21 that will find a girl that they really love and dont want for just sex. if u give in to them or even dont they will tell theyre friends and theyre friends will tell others and ur rep will be ruined. you wont be known as "Jane Doe", ull be known as "Jane Doe--the girl who got knocked up by "John Doe"". so age too young I think is anywhere between...16-23 you need 2 be ready for a family as well. anywhere before that...you shouldnt even be thinking about having sex and babies shouldnt be the only thing that u think is the worse about having sex...think about the deseases (HIV AIDS, clamydia etc.) and too old...i think is prolly around the age of 40.

Too young: anything younger then 18 [but this all depends on maturity, some 18-25 year olds are still not ready]
Too old: 40 and older. Think about it, you might possibly be dead when your child graduates.

I'm not really sure because I had my first child at the age of 17 and I know I did a good job raising him and I am now 37 yrs. old pregnant with my 5 th child and everything seem's to be going good. I guess it depends on the person, if you feel that you can raise a child, then go for it.

Too young - anyone under 20. Most people under the age of 25 don't even know who they are so why have a baby until you are comfortable in your own skin. Too old - anyone over 45. I know with fertility methods improving more women are waiting to have children but do you really want to be retiring when your child is only graduating from high school. I want to be there for his/her college graduation, wedding, first child, etc., and remember it all and be active with my grandkids like my mom is active with my child.
