This sounds like mainline Protestant, with similarities to Catholic. Remember, the "tongues" part as it is practiced today is a new addition to Christianity and the "rapture" theory was invented in the 1800's with no good Biblical backing (hence why you can poke holes in it so easily). The "rapture" and "tongues" are huge deviations from mainline Christianity, not the norm. You would fit into any mainline church.

Catholic? You're barely Christian!
You don't pick and choose your way through Jesus Christ. You either accept who, what and why Christ came and live by the inspired Word of God - or leave it.
Like a question previous about "truth of Scripture", if you are having problems understanding the Bible, that falls squarely on YOUR shoulders. Don't put your ignorance of God - on God.
And please don't come into my church. We have enough backslidden, argumentative dopes already!

I'm a cradle Catholic. That means I've been Catholic since birth, raised Catholic, Catholic grade school, high school, college, and I'm still Catholic today.
1. Yes, we believe that Jesus is our Lord and Savior. We also believe in the Trinity, three persons in one God.
2. The Rapture. We do include Revelations in the bible, but we're not so hung up on it as many others are. The whole thing about people disappearing and all that, no, we don't believe that.
3. Tongues. Well, I'd say that we believe that if God wanted us to talk in tongues, He could arrange that. But no, that's not part of any of our rites, including Mass.
4. We do believe in confession (they call it reconsiliation now) before a priest, who represents God. You're not confessing to the priest, but to God's representative on earth. He's also able to tell you if the sin was a serious sin (mortal) or a not such a big deal sin (venial). God forgives our sins, not the priest.
5. I have no idea what that means. We follow the Ten Commandments, but we also have other statements of faith that might help you to understand what we believe.
I'd go to Catholic.com and see if your questions are answered there. If not, the forum has a section called "Ask and Apologist" for you to ask specific questions. Anyone can join the forum; you don't have to be Catholic. But Catholic.com is the best place online to find out the truth about Catholicism. Search for the Apostle's Creed or the Nicene Creed. Both list some basic tenets of the faith.
If you don't think this matches up with your beliefs, or if you're just fooling around here, Beliefnet.com has a Belief-o-meter. It gives you a bunch of multiple choice questions and tells you which faith most closely matches what you chose.

So far you could be Orhtodox Catholic Lutheran or traditonal Anglican.
what do you think about the Eucherst realy truly the Body and Blood of Christ or not?
If you say yes then this could be Catholic or Orthodox or Lutheran.
what is your view on Church athority? do you beleive that a single Bishop should hold final athority over the whole Church as secessor to Peter-if so then you are Catholic if you beleive the Apsotles had equal athority and the Keys go to the full Church then you are not the concillar view and equality of the Apostles and their sucessors -the Bishops would not be the Catholic way.
As as for 4 even though the Anglicans and Lutherans don't have a formal confessional it is not on comon for them to say prayers of forgivness.
5 five it sounds like vinial vrs Mortal which is defnitly a Catholic idea- while Orhtodox do have confession and use the 10 comandments as a guidline a speck of dust on one could be a ple of bricks on an other and the Ltuheran and Anglicans don't universaly have vinial vrs mortal sins

Sounds like a Cocker spaniel/Border collie mix to me.......
Man, there sure are a lot of rules to keep the supernatural dictator from turning you into a crispy critter for eternity, but you gotta love him.....
Live this life like there is no tomorrow and quit worry about some nonexistent afterlife. Your life will be so racked with guilt you'll miss all that this life has to offer (or at least what you can afford).

To be a Catholic you must study what Catholics believe and then go and be prepared in the sacraments of the Church. This would bring you into Communion with God, the eternal Covenant, and bring you the graces that you need to be saved. There is a program in the Church called RCIA that lets you go and prepare for six months to be received into the Church. See Catechism link below to learn what Catholics believe.

Not really. Hard to tell what sect believes all that. It does not matter really. By the way Being a catholic involves not only a specific belief but a way of life as well.

you should read
Catholic Q & A by Dietzen
it answers lots of the questions you will have and lets you know what actual Catholic doctrine is instead of what most people "think" it is...
even most Catholics don't know what the doctrine is actually supposed to be.

Seems Catholic so far to me.
Catholics are free to believe in tongues or not if they want
What do you mean by Sin is not sin? Not every sin is a mortal sin and most seem to be venial. All moertal sins are wicked and are "passports to hell' if not repented of. Serious matter ,evil act and grave or grevious behavior alone do not make a mortal sin but true and full(not forced)consent of the will and suffient knowlege of the mortal or deadly quality of the act are also necessary.
Check out the Catechism of the Catholic Church(www.usccb.org/catechism) or buy one widely available in bookstores to see how close you are doctrinally to the Catholic fullness of Christianity
