The attorney that was caught vandalizing the Marines car should be prosecuted by the State.
Have the State prosecute the case as an act of violence towards the US military.
I believe the best thing to also do is to get the word out in the district or area that this attorney works and let the people know that he is anti-American.

It could be considered that or another lesson in the lawyers who use the law are worse then criminals. If the damages are more then the amount established for a felony then the person should be charged with a felony-if it was a skin head doing it to the lawyers car because he is Jewish that would be exactly what would be done and probably federal hate crime charges levied also. I do know people who are opposed the the war in Iraq and to war in general, being Quaker's and pacifist, and I also know they would be and are as appalled at the actions of the Chicago legal department, Attorney Generals Office and the court system for the lack of action. On the continuance if he tries that-the Marine can request one going to the date of his return from Iraq based on deploying on military orders and he might try small claims court to recover his money for the vehicle; I am sure he can get another lawyer in Chicago to help him and possibly pro-bono. I would also file a letter with the State Bar Association on the matter and see if they do any thing-probably not but it is worth the cost of a stamp.

Some people just like being little b!tches, you don't mess with someone's ride.

A good way to support the troops while opposing the war is to vote for people that will end it and send care packages to random soldiers.
Mail is always good to get.

your question and this link have nothing to do with each other.

All you are doing is perverting a simple act of vandalism into some political and utterly meaningless diatribe.

This is the hysteria of an old woman imagining a burglar under the bed.

What's your point? That all lawyers everywhere are ******* and liberal war protestors and all Marines are pro-war, Bush lovers, and squeaky clean heroes on their best behavior?

Gimme a break.

It is not possible to support the troops and oppose the war.

I will protect the people of America, and all of their rights.
Doesn't matter if they love me or hate me, I will still shine in my position. While there are many hate-filled people out there, there are also supporters. Not everyone is bad.

Maybe pen pal a soldier?
Start a blog?
Make a video?

The Soldiers do not benefit from those yellow magnets.
A kind word is enough to support a troop.

Protest all you want, but don't spit at the people fighting to make your right to protest possible. Know what I mean?

What the hell is wrong with these people. They carry such hatred and animosity for our military. I guess you have no rights if you are in the service of Protecting the U.S. This does make my blood boil.

Your question has not a damn thing to do with your link. In my opinion.
