Its said that many are called,but few choose to follow that calling,i'd have to say its ultimately up to God who gets called and our freewill is then exercised by choosing.

The decision is up to you. The sacrifice has already been made, it is up to you to accept it or reject it.
God is not willing that any should perish, but He will not force any to accept His offer of reconcilliation.

It is up to you. You must know that you are a sinner and in need of a Savior. You must feel the sorrow of your sins against God and repent of your sins. You must do this of your own belief and will.

God Decides, but, we may pray for one another, & His Saints in Heaven may pray for us also, especially the Blessed Virgin Mary.
