I'd give it a whirl! What kind of crackers will you be using? I would think a buttery cracker (like Toll House) might be more satisfying than a crispier cracker (like a Wheat Thin or Triscut). Sounds yummy!

Your cream cheese would also be great with the jellied cranberry sauce mixed into it. I use that in my chicken sandwiches and everyone loves it. Also, we had our daughter and her 6 month old baby over one day when the mother forgot the baby's food. I had that cranberry sauce mixed into the cream cheese and they tried to give that to the baby since it didn't require chewing. The baby ate the whole bowl!!!

I think it's okay. I tried it once, it doesn't seem to be as good without the spicy jellies though. If you don't like the heat, this might be the way to go. Good luck!

Cream cheese is great with any sort of jam or preserves. My family likes it with jalapeno-strawberry jelly!
