Anything usually in working order. I know Goodwill doesn't accept electronic things anymore. Some take furniture; some don't. Check with your local one for sure.

Electrical items (lamps, tv's, dvd's, radios) clothes, shoes, knick-knacks, anything really as long as it's pretty decent. I wouldn't recommend throwing your underwear in there, but that's just me LOL!
Edit: Yes you can give sheets away also, just make sure they are not all torn. Otherwise the store will just pitch them anyway.
