please dont say anything bad but for some reason i am really attracted to my best friends dad. we talk on aim all the time and sometimes i will call my friend just hoping her dad will answer. her dad is 35 and im 16 and yes he is married. but this isnt the first older man i have been attracted too. I also used to have a crush on my 28 year old male teacher and i met this older guy on myspace who i became close with and we talked on the phone and myspace everyday. what is wrong with me?!?!?! why can't i like a guy my age? is this unhealthy? what am i supposed to do?

Why Lie, Speak up the Truth, What is your Friend's Father reaction to- Is your friend too young to have a relationship? Are they in some kind of illicit relationship which your friend's dad found it out from others or himself? Or is it because of cultural and religions different.? For the first- I think no father wants their children to get spoil before they were mature enough to settle down. Think about the orphange who has father and mother but not parent. The best way is to heed what in his opinion, discuss the topic with maturity( Let them discuss the matter like adults). Second - This is real bad shape.. i would say beg for forgivness would be the best choice. Third- This is so double serious, which i hate most. But quite frankly, People have different mindset and opinions, they were so fundamentalist. Anyway the best way is either break up or run away.. good luck

Okay, not only is this wrong but it is also illegal. I don't know why you are attracted to older men but it can be very dangerous, especially if you are meeting new people on myspace. I suggest that you try to keep your distance away from older men until you get over them. If you find that difficult in this situation, think about how much it would hurt your friend to know about this.

sounds to me as if you are looking for some attention from an older man, maybe because you did not get any attention from your father or any male that you may have been raised by. Usually when young girls your age, look for older men, it 's because they are lacking that father figure or just I say "LOVE". If you are a real friend, then you won't do anything to breakup your friends' family or to intefer with their family. Now just put the shoes on the other foot; not sure what type of father figure you have in your life, but if you do or did have a good one, ya know ! being daddy's little girl and all that.....spoiled rotten, just have the perfectly painted picture with your father, would you want some 16 yr that is looking for LOVE to come along and destroy your family or relationship with you and your father. If you are smart, sincere, and love your friend and her family then you would put on your thinking cap before you make the big move. Stop the madness, be a child, stay in a child's place and wait your turn. What goes around, will come back around. You will be married one day with children and a husband. You wouldn't like it (you 35) and a (16 yr) come along and tag your husband. Stay in a child's place.

um. i think you should try and cut down talking to her dad. then eventually stop talking to her dad. you're still really young. well. my age. haha. but under the age of consent or whatever. but hey. when you're 18 + do whatever. haha. maybe try seeing what you like about older guys and try to find those characteristics in a guy you know in high school that's our age. haha.

To like older guys is ok but the relationship you have with them is where things get blurry. Since you are under 18 I can only suggest conserving your pursuits till a later date.

run like hell away from this man.
strike one he is married.
strike two you are sixteen and he is 35.
strike three you will lose your best friend and she will lose her family if you do something with this man.
stop talking to him. stop all communication with him now before it is too late.
find a guy that you can talk to without having so many strikes against you.
