I feel like eating a peking duck. I know this is a travel section but who wouldn't want to eat one when they are in China/HK!?!?

Once in a while it's nice. Very greasy though and certainly not for the health conscious.

PS: there are plenty of special Peking Duck restaurants in BJ and many northern style Chinese restaurants serve it too. I guess you will it in all hotels too.

I like Beijing Duck, but I also want to highlight the fact that it is also a very heavy meal... I have always enjoyed it tremendously and paid for it afterwards :-) feeling the gazilion calories consumed in the process... :-)

I like it and never miss the chance to have some, but mostly for the pleasure of having a convivial meal with friends...I think Peking Duck is definitely over-rated. I had far better food in China, but still, it is much savory than the traditional turkey....

Enjoy yours, with friends and family!

Edit: now I'm hungry and it's not even noon here...why did you have to mention this now??? ;D

Firstly , it is referred to now as Beijing duck - but , who cares , you will still enjoy a culinary delight ! (I wish I could enjoy the same repast !
