Mark 16:17 & 18
"And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover."

George Went Hensley was one of the founders of the Church of God with Signs Following, a twentieth century snake handling movement that was centered in the southeastern United States. Hensley was bitten many times by the snakes he handled, always refusing medical treatment. On July 25, 1955, one of these bites proved fatal.

You must read the whole story to understand this verse. They were going to strange lands. If they get snake bit, they wouldn't die. If they got poisoned by someone evil, they wouldn't die. It doesn't mean for them to literally pick up a snake or drink poison. That would be tempting God.

No, if you do it to show off or try to prove something, you will probably pay a big price. If you are accidentally bitten by a snake or someone tries to poison you, you will live, just pray and believe God.

Well I haven't tried healing any body yet but I have been in alot of circumstances that I should have died and I'm still alive and kicking. So I can testify to that part.

Good troll, but no cigar.

You asked, very specifically, if believers can drink drano and hold rattlesnakes. Why not become a Christian, drink some drano, and grab some rattle snakes, then come back here and tell us how it went.

It is written, "Thou shalt NOT put the LORD thy God to the test!"
