Sorry, but you cannot file your return legally until you receive your W2. In the past, places like H&R Block were offering Tax Return Loans based on your last paystub, until you received the actual W2. That was found to be illegal earlier this year.
And returns dont start processing this year until much later due to the AMT recalcs and the forms that were affected.
So, relax. It's gonna be a little while..

Many tax prep places might fill it out just based on your pay stub, so you'll know about what you'll get back or owe, but they aren't allowed to actually file it with the IRS until you give them your W-2.

Nowhere. No tax preparer can legally prepare and e-file your return without the W-2 in hand and it's impossible to file a paper return without one. They can run the numbers from a paystub and tell you were you probably sit tax-wise, but filing REQUIRES the W-2.
Paystubs do not have all of the required information to file a legal return. The seldom have the employers FEIN and virtually never have the information and codes from boxes 7 through 14 that may be needed to properly prepare and file a return.
Some firms USED to arrange a loan through a partner back based upon your final paystub but the banks that funded those loans have all pulled out due to heavy losses in the past, even at the absurd interest rates that they charged for the loans.

You'll need more than your last pay stub unless your just filing like a 10-40 EZ, which is a one page form you can easily do yourself, but if you have all the documentation you need you can go to any of the tax agencies around (Liberty, H&R Block, etc...) at any time.

Most any tax place however with the new tax laws that went into effect it may still be 1 month before you get a return.
