No But your parents can buy you one and you can take hunter's safety courses. Do you have a hunter in your family? He or she can take you on a trip with them and teach you the ins-and-outs of the sport. For a rifle, the .22 is a perfect starter gun. A shotgun in .410 is fun and easy to hunt small game with such as rabbits. Small game hunting is fun for your age group, you just have to be careful.

At 13 be careful if you get one...legally no you cannot buy..your parents might but I wonder if that is legal to buy for someone else.....seems like that is illegal....unless you are supervised...
Young William before you get any gun take a firearms safety course..even for a bb gun......my parents made me take one and pass with a 90%...I got 100%

Your parent or parents would have to provide you with a 22 long rifle, and a 20 gauge shotgun, because you cannot legally buy one at your present age.* Forget about a BB gun or pellet gun for they are not appropriate to use on the game you want to Hunt.*

You cannot buy any gun. Federal law- 18 for rifles and shotguns and ammo for it, and 21 for handgun and it's ammo.
