My BF has asked me to not say these words:
-hondo (hundred)
-celly (cell phone)
-manties (man underwear)
I like saying them, but he gets annoyed when I do. Should I stop, for him, or continue using these awesome words?

Why don't you try not using them around him. Only use them around people it does not annoy.
I don't see a good reason to annoy the boy, BUT you also should not change yourself for someone else.
However It does not sound like he is asking you to change he just thinks the words are dumb.

Well, if you're a Brit, or from the UK, or an Aussie, then he's just a controlling ultra sensitive jerk. Maybe you remind him of the last girl that dumped him when you use those expressions.
Don't change your behaviour for ANYONE.

They are annoying. I'm sure he's not the only person annoyed by your use of those so-called "words". Nobody will ever take you seriously if you don't talk properly...not in the real, grown up world.

Yes you should stop.
People are getting in the habit of using improper words to describe something. Then if in a situation where they must speak proper English they can't because they are use to not speaking proper English.

Those words are annoying ,but you could always try some more annoying words to make him think these ones aren't that bad.
