We're headed to a New Years eve party in a few hours, with a Bangladesh theme. We try to pick a country in need and revolve everything around it. At the end of the evening there will be a plate for funds that will be sent to a relief agency there to help out the people of that country.
So, I'm off to make Coconut Pancakes to take to the party and to brush up on some trivia!
