we're twins (13 years old) and he lost a volleyball bet to me on who can have a better serving percentage. what can i do to make him feel like a real girl volleyball player?

If you really want to make him feel like a real girl volleyball player, then dress him up completely as a girl & then dress him up in his volleyball uniform.

First, since he is going to be a girl you need to go out and get him a bra and panties set. I suggest something like this:

You should make him wear the short spandex shorts, with something written across the butt like "juicy". Then make him wear a stuffed bra with a tight shirt or jersery over it, so his boobs stick out.
