I went there once. I'm not sure what the controversy is, but the church is not radical enough for me. I get excited about the Lord. I was one of three people in that entire building who had their hands in the air during worship, and my wife was one of the other two.

There is no room to dance in the isles there, and I got bored with his book.

I am not a member. I do wonder though, when seeing the answers submitted about dancing in the isles and raising hands...sorta the "jumping Jesus" thinking, just how it was that worship took place by the fathers of the church and virtually all who worshiped the Lord prior to the new age, seeker types. Just a question.

I agree with "Caveman." I love to worship the King and love to attend a fellowship that does as well!

God bless and happy new year!

Never accepted his teaching in the book 'Purpose Driven Life' - thought it was quite misleading and unscriptural. Often quoted the 'Message Bible' which is an appalling paraphrase.

I would never be a member of his new age church. He is not the Christian churches best friend.
