the best way to die is in (Christ Jesus) no doubt! so no matter when you die according to his word/promises it will be pleasant! check it out for yourself its a fact.

The best way to die ever would be on LSD. However, LSD shouldn't be in any way related the reason you're going to die.
It greatly reduces pain and will most likely help you come to terms with your own mortality.
If the death is going to be painful and slow you can give someone an enormous dose (around 150 hits worth) and they won't notice it or even remember that they are going to die.

Although I don't know personally, many people who have drowned and been resucitated say it's a very pleasant, peaceful way to go once you stop fighting it.
