well, orals again, and need some help. cuestan is masculine rite? and cuesta is feminine? so if i say,"el vestido cuestan cien pesos" is that rite?

No, no, no!
Cuestan is plural and cuesta is singular. It's
the present tense of the verb costar.
So you say El vestido CUESTA cien pesos
but los vestidos CUESTAN cien pesos.
Also las tarjetas cuestan cien pesos.

no that is wrong
el vestido cuesta cien pesos (el vestido is singular therefore cuesta is the proper word here)

Wrong. Verbs are not masculine and feminine. Nouns/adjectives are.

Cuesta is singular, cuestan is plural

el vestido cuesta, los vestidos cuestan.
