Logic tells me god is unlikely but sometimes I think hope that he does exist is better.

For a while dont use logic..try to have blind faith(for sometime, just once )..lets see what happens...God is there..he will make your faith logical if you dare to have it just once...believe me its not a bad bargain-its going to help you forever-just try once

think of it this way...If you were to walk into a forest and see a painting hanging on a tree, how would you know that it didn't grow there? Logic! If you look at a building how do you know that there was a builder? It only makes sense, there is order there is a way it functions, have you seen the builder? have you heard him? have you even talked to him? probably not, but you know he existed because of the building. It's the same with creation. If you look at the intricacies of the human body, of the human eye, of the individual cells; if you look at the way the rest of the earth works together is it logical to think that it just evolved or that a big bang "created" it???

If you believe that there is One that created the world and all that is in it, then He must have created us, making us responsible to Him. We must not create a god in our own image. One that does what we would like him to do, we must realize that we are responsible to Him.

Have you ever told a lie? have you ever stollen? have you ever lusted? have you ever hated someone?

If you answer yes to any then you have broken at least one of the 10 Commandments that God has given to us to live by, He has said that if we break even one we are guilty of all. the Bible says the punishment is death and hell, not because God is evil and mean, but because He is just. Does this concern you?

Would you rather believe what's logical or what makes you feel good? If you choose the latter, do you think your capacity for self-delusion is high enough to sustain that type of belief?

No you're not negative if you don't believe in God.

If you don't believe you don't believe, but if you sorta believe...You're agnostic.
