No, but actually there is one that says that if we leave them alone and they get lost we will be responsible for their misfortune.

Matthew 10:14 reads, "And if any one will not receive you or listen to your words, shake off the dust from your feet as you leave that house or town."
Notice, though, that this verse is not telling believers to "leave beleivers alone"; that is - to ignore them. It is telling believers to share the Gospel with non-believers. It's just that, when the non-believers are not receptive, move on and find others who are more interested.

How about Psalm 16:6 -
"By lovingkindness and truth iniquity is atoned for,
And by the fear of the Lord one keeps away from evil."
Let me know where you are - I'll stay away.

Yes there is,
8"When you enter a town and are welcomed, eat what is set before you. 9Heal the sick who are there and tell them, 'The kingdom of God is near you.' 10But when you enter a town and are not welcomed, go into its streets and say, 11'Even the dust of your town that sticks to our feet we wipe off against you. Yet be sure of this: The kingdom of God is near.' 12I tell you, it will be more bearable on that day for Sodom than for that town.
If a non beliver says they are not intrested, you should indeed leave them be.

Probably in one of the epistles. In 2Corinthians 6:14 Paul wrote "Do not be yoked together with the unbelievers". Pretty sure that's right. Actually it sounds more like Matthew 18 where guidelines are given on how to deal with someone who has gone astray. (Paraphrasing here) Try and deal with the individual one on one first. If that doesn't work take one or two witnesses to confront them. If that doesn't work take them before the church and if they are still unrepentant you are to disassociate yourself from them.

The Great Commission says exactly the opposite of your question, but as to the expanded detail, check any of the following:
Matthew 10:14
Mark 6:11
Luke 9:5

Not specifically, but there are over 40 passages from Jesus himself talking about how bad it is to spread irrational fear and try and convert people. Not so much in those words, but you get the idea.

It also gives us the great commission, to go forth and spread the word of the Gospels. That would be pointless if we were told not to bother the non-believers.

There are a few.
One is "don't cast your pearls before swine"
Another tells you to give the message of Christ and if they reject it you should "shake the dust off your shoes" which is a euphamism for having nothing more to do with them.
