We don't even have such a concept as needing to "make it to heaven", nor do we even have a "heaven" like that in the first place.
We don't have a lot of things that Christianity has, like Original Sin, eternal burning hell (we have reincarnation), we don't have virgins impregnated by gods, or a man/god virgin blood sacrifice for sin as the messiah, etc. etc. etc. etc.
We do have earth perfected as it was in Eden, and all non-Jewish Righteous peoples of all nations and cultures and religions "make it" there merely by being Righteous, which we believe anyone can be. That is done by following the paths of the Noahide. http://www.noahide.org

This is what the Bible says, so if you want the real answer, here it is. If you don't like this answer, it may be because you don't believe that the Bible is God's Word.
According to the Bible, the only way to heaven is by accepting Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
“I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man comes to the Father, but by me.” John 14:6
“Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is no other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.” Acts 4:12
“For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.” 1 Timothy 2:5
Therefore, the Jew or Muslim would have to recognize who Jesus is, repent of his/her sins, receive Jesus' sacrifice as adequate punishment for his/her sin, and give Jesus lorship over his/her life.

Jews follow the ten commandments just like Christians, except they've got a few different rules because of the geographic location. They follow the six books of Moses (Old Testament of the Bible) and that's about it. Also, Jews don't really believe in heaven. The afterlife to them is just being with Hashem (God)
Muslims have a code similar to the Caommandments, but their's is called something else (I can't remember right now). There are different rules in it, but they're basically the same. One of these different rules is not to do shady business deals. Another way is to die i a "jihad" or "holy war", which is instant access to heaven.

The same thing as everyone else.
"For if you confess with your mouth
that JESUS CHRIST is LORD,
and believe in your heart that GOD
the Father raised HIM from the dead,
you shall be saved".
