I like this guy I used to work with. Now he got transferred to another country..so we dont really see each other but chat now and then. Also he calls me sometimes and we have flirted too. He has just been promoted so doesnt have much free time (and this is true I know). I invited him to visit and he said he had to see his family for new yr but will come on his next vacation. do you think he is interested in me? On our last meeting we did kiss.

Ask him...give him hints and he'll respond. The guy kissed you...then he might act desperate if he is into you!

If he kissed you. All it means that he likes you. He's not in love with you. Your just a girl to him that's all. Find someone else

He's too far away. Unless he'scoming back for good you'd be better off finding someone closer. If a guy is into you they make time no matter what. The too busy thing means you are not a priority. Even the busiest men make time for women they want to be with. He may be up for a vacation fling but how can it be more with him over seas and too busy to contact you rgularly. Ask yourself, where is this going to lead? I think its a path to hurt feelings. LOL
