You should not have a problem taking all of them at the same time. If you have the box of theraflu handy....check the ingredients on it. If it contains a pain reliever such as acetominophen (tylenol) or ibuprofen (advil), then you should avoid taking the extra advil on top of it.

Yes, it should not be a problem. My daughter was sick last week and I gave her Pepto Bismol and Tylenol and she was fine. She felt better after that in fact.

It probably will not hurt you, but it is possible that the mix will cancel out the good impacts of each. They may not do anything as a mix. Take them 30-60 minutes apart to give each time to do their thing.
