I don't think courage necessarily means an absence of fear. I think it can also mean being afraid and doing what you have to do anyway.

We have the living God within us and every test of our courage and strength of mind should lead us within, and reliance on the true source of all courage. Surrender is the best part of valor.

I find my courage when I remember I am not alone in this walk through life.... that's what the Cross was for... so I wouldn't have to carry the burdens anymore...that He will be my comfort...that He will refresh me when I'm tired, and will hold me up when my strength has left.

God gives me strength. He sends friends to help me.

i cant always i have to pray for it and ask God to help me.Also stay around christian people
