No , you can only use the built in PSP firmware on your PSP , Or you can use the mimic of windows xp/vista.

I would say probably not. Even if modders/hackers do find a way to do it, it would be very slow and hard to use. Unless you want to edit videos at 15fps. =D

If you're talking about putting an operating system on your PSP, then I don't know if that would be possible.

First off, I'm not sure if there would even be enough memory on the PSP to support an operating system.
