Example: If a Baptist slams catholicism, do you feel irritation with the Baptist who does so? The more one branch of Christianity claims to be the "right" one, do you feel more that they are likely angry/fearful over what they've been taught?

It does put me off, they act like everyone else in the world is wrong. What makes them think that they have all the answers? Thats why I dont claim to be catholic, christian, baptist, or anything else. I do believe in god but I dont feel like I have to limit myself to what other people believe

I fell like all religions are made up of human beings and the all have faults.I also feel like if you are truly a christian and a follower of God then you have absolutely no business putting down other religions.I also believe if one branch of Christianity is teaching that the other is wrong they better start praying again for answer. My Bible teaches that God will do the judging the most important thing is that our hearts are right with God, the denomination aspect is just where people feel most comfortable in their own beliefs. As Christians who's to say whose right or wrong? Most of us go to church where we were raised if we go to another church it is basically the same as we were raised. The whole basis of religion and Christianity is to accept Jesus Christ as your personal Savior and not to worry about the name of the church above the door. God Bless.

Extremely! It's even worse when members of one denomination declares another denomination as false and not a believer. I've seen it between Christians, but it's worse to me when I see it among Muslims because the Quran commands us to be united in peace and warns us against the disasters to our own souls for calling a Muslim an unbeliever, let alone killing someone because of it! Nobody knows a person's faith more than God and himself, so nobody has the right to call another anything but a fellow brother, whether it be between Muslims, Christians, Jews or whatnot.

Not really,if the opportunity comes up to help each "side" begin to understand they need to look in the mirror and see each one is human before God always until we leave this place.

Mostly these things ..arguments take place because God causes it to be that way..Note..God explicitly tells us it is He which blinds us..and it is HE which heals us. Presumeably we need the arguing process ( it appears to be a built in feature of humankind ) to help us to learn from each other in myriad ways on many levels. Mostly on emotional levels mixed with some reasoning.

Not a bit. It's humorous. They have nothing better to do than criticize a non-sensible thing about spiritual.

It's been that way since the beginning of religion. Always will be so. Verbal slams are nothing compared to the wars it creates.

It amuses me more than anything. They all accuse the other ones of being wrong, and, in that, they are all correct.

Yeah...it really irritates me when different branches fight one another. There's a lot of similarities between them, why argue over petty differences? I believe that there's probably more than one right way to get to God. As long as you're praying and being a good person, I believe thats the best you can do.

I find it ridiculous that christians cant even agree on who likes jesus the most.

They would have a much stronger arguement for themselves if they could band together and find similarities instead of slamming each others differences.

I was raised in an italian catholic household. Always had to hear about those "horrible" non-denomiational churches and how they are influenced by the devil. Then from the other side, I had to hear from them how "horrible" the catholic church was. (those stupid little pamplets, i had about 10 of them from a neighbor trying to convert me)

I ended up rejecting both.
