What does this task on the computer do: When I press CTRL+ALT+DEL buttons a "Windows Task Manager" box comes up, under the tab labeled "Processe", the image name, user name, CPU and Mem Usage information comes on. What is all that used for? If anyone sees that, what do they get from it? I would appreciate any help.

Thank you!

Those are all processes running on your computer. Many of them are part of Windows, but some are programs you are running. If you are familiar with the names, it is possible to kill misbehaving programs with the task manager. However, it is also possible to stop parts of Windows, so be careful!
