Judaism believes our very souls are the Essence of God. God breathed into us from him, his very essence, our souls. Our souls are not different from, or outside of God.
Don't know where you're getting your information from about what Jews believe, but you're a bit off there.
Can't answer for the Muslims, I don't know what they believe on this.

Jews understand G-d as beyond human understanding.
Anything you can say about G-d is at best an an approximation, because he is unknowable.
Yet we are to try to know him.
I don't know who's right, but anyone who purports to have the "right" image of G-d is wrong.
An infinite G-d can't fit in our finite minds.

We (Jews AND Muslims) do not believe in an external G-d; if you read Jewish and Muslim philosophy, both speak of G-d in His varied dimensions:
Male and female, internal and external.
Did you forget that J*sus PRACTICED Judaism?????????

God is a Spirit - He can be both external and internal - living within us, but also ruling above us - everyone who accepts one true God (Jews, Christians, Muslims) therefore on this point at least - is "right".

Would you believe both are right? We are not God, but God IS in us.

No Jesus (pbuh) also believe in an external God- he was after all a follower of Judaism
Didnt he say in the Lord's prayer "OUR father who art in heaven"
In the Bible he also said
"I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.
The Reality of Jesus (pbuh)
