Mine is either the black or the yellow :D
also one question, does the colour change the personality? i heard that chocolate labs are more cheeky, though my friend has a yellow and black lab (both r males) and the yellow is so gentle while the black is quite boistrous (a bit too boistrous!!)

Personality *is* linked to colour; not to say that you can't have a completely "normal" and sane chocolate lab, but the different colours do point towards different personality traits. This is true of a lot of animals, not just labradors!
Personally, I am more fond of black labs. To me, they're a little bit more attractive and appealing than either the yellows or chocolates. (But I had blacks as a child, so I'm completely biased!)

I love the yellow labs just because labs are meant to be yellow in my mind! Although I really like the browns as well, they look super adorable!
I don't think the colour changes the personality, i have a yellow who is very loving and affectionate but when he meets new ppl he goes MENTAL. lol
I love all labbies they are the PERFECT dog and so easy to fall in love with!

My cousin's favourite is the yellow lab, though she has a black and yellow lab!

Not what you want to hear, but I'm not a fan of labs at all! Every lab I've ever seen (including my many friends' labs) has been overweight and really dumb!
That could be down to them, but to me, it appears to be breed standard!

Black, had a mother and son. Were both great dogs. Laid back, but also very active and smart!

I have to agree with you, black or yellow. Am not much of a fan for the brown, they have a funny look when they get older. I have two females, one black and one yellow. They are both really laid back and mellow. The only time they really get obnoxious is when we take them to lake for a swim. =)
