Well Weizen (wheat) is brewed in Bavaria all other german breweries brew their beer according to the "Reinheitsgebot" and use barley. In Bavaria especially in Franken there a thousands of small breweries. You will have difficulties to buy their beer in the next village, to buy it in Hamburg or US will be impossible.
To all a Happy New Year from Hamburg, Germany

Visit the New Age section of any bookstore. Paganism is a belief system that deals with these things. There are numerous religions under that heading. You can Google witchcraft, Paganism, Wicca, Druidry, Shamanism...etc. Do you know what path your grandmother walked? A crystal on a chain is a pendulem. It is used in divination. Depending on the direction of the swing is what your answer will be.

It is sold at the Class Six stores on military installations if you have an association with the military or if you have friends who are in the military.

Here as also a web address for getting this product.

It will be spelled Kristall Weisse/Weizen (pronounced vise/visen) and should be available by a few different makers pretty widely across the US. Look out for Erdinger Weissbier Kristallklar, Weihenstaphaner Kristallweissbier, and Hacker-Pschorr Kristal Weisse

I skimmed the list Hacker Pschorr, Paulaner, Franziskaner, Oettinger or Erdinger are probably your best bets for authentic German sold in the US. Yarpivo is a Russian alternative. For domestic alternatives Old Dominion and J.T. Whitney's are the only two names I recognize but I can't speak to the quality.
These are the names I recognize from my local store but things can differ from state to state.

Best of luck and Happy Drinking.

I don't like beer much. The only thing here that I will drink that may qualify as beer is Zima. It's clear and doesn't really taste like beer to me. If you drop a hard candy in it, and let it dissolve (like jolly ranchers) it tastes just like the candy!
When I visited Germany, I LOVED a beer called Krystal Weisein ( can't spell it). It's pronounced crystal visen. I think it's a little heavier than the domestic beers here, but it doesn't have such an aweful aftertaste.

*Crystal Weisen: I really don't think you can get it here... might have to have it shipped over seas because I don't see any online vendors that carry it. Good luck!
